• Something you bought. Everything about an order (where the package is, marking it received, opening a dispute) is on the order’s own page under your purchases. A dispute opened there reaches us with the order details included.
• A listing or a member that should not be here. Use the report button on the listing or the member’s page. We review reports oldest first, which is quicker than email and keeps the evidence together. What is not allowed is listed on the prohibited items page.
• Something broken, or something missing. The feedback link at the bottom of every page includes the page you were on, so we can see what you were looking at.
• Your information, or closing your account. The privacy policy explains what we keep and what closing an account does, and you can close an account yourself from settings.

Anything the options above do not cover: a request about your information that you cannot handle in settings, a legal notice, a question about the terms, or a press inquiry. If you can, write from the email address on your account. That way we do not have to ask who you are.

Please note in advance that findTreas holds no IP addresses, no browser or device information and no sign-in history. None of it is collected, so none of it can be provided. Identity documents are held by our verification provider, not by us.
